RENOLIT wins award for innovative personnel management concept

Company honored for restructuring of human resources department

Worms, 15 September 2022 - Last Friday, RENOLIT received the golden Mind Change Award, an award for special future orientation and innovative human resources management concepts. The award was accepted by Michael Kundel, Chief Executive Officer of the RENOLIT Group, Markus Blümle, General Manager Corporate Human Resources, Reinhard Westhäuser, Chairman of the General Works Council, and Johanna Schlörit, Head of Corporate Employer Branding & HR Performance, at the Schlosshotel Monrepos in Ludwigsburg. With the award, RENOLIT prevailed against many well-known companies that had applied for the award.

The Academy of Business of Sabine Oberhardt GmbH & Co. KG presented the award for the fourth time this year. It particularly praised the reflection of the HR strategy, which is constantly driving the company forward through change: "By taking up the overarching goal ONE RENOLIT, the Corporate Human Resources department of the RENOLIT Group is bringing about a mind change by rethinking and reshaping topics such as digitalization, employee development, the positioning of the employer brand, and the structuring of the HR area," said Sabine Oberhardt, initiator of the Mind Change Award. Prof. Dr. Margarete Blank-Bewersdorff from Hof University of Applied Sciences also paid tribute to RENOLIT in her laudation.

The award honors entrepreneurs, leaders and project teams who have special leadership skills, a forward-looking approach and a positive mindset. This also includes innovative projects and forward-looking HR management concepts in which a so-called mind change is realized. "We are very pleased about the award, which confirms us in what we are doing," said Markus Blümle at the award ceremony.
