Compensation according to collective agreement on chemicals
Including 13th salary, vacation pay as well as bonus and anniversary payments.
In our company restaurant you can choose from one soup of the day and three lunch dishes every day. There is also a salad bar.
Lunch is subsidised by RENOLIT. For apprentices, DH students and interns, the price per lunch is a flat rate of €3.50.
In addition, an extensive breakfast offer is provided daily.
Flexible working hours
Wherever possible, we offer flexible working hours and various part-time employment models.
Vacation according to chemical collective agreement
Full-time employees are entitled to 30 days' vacation in the calendar year, while employees working full-time shifts are entitled to 33 days' vacation.
If the requirements are fulfilled, RENOLIT provides a certain number of retirement days in accordance with the provisions of the collective agreement.
The employee car park is available to all employees free of charge.
With RENOLIT you can choose between a "Pensionsfond" and "Pensionskasse" to provide for your old age. In addition, the equivalent value of working time can be entered in a long-term account so that retirement is possible earlier than the start of the statutory retirement pension.
RENOLIT actively supports employees in covering the risk of inability to work, which poses a threat to their livelihood. Everyone receives basic cover financed by RENOLIT and the opportunity to supplement this individually with their own contributions and RENOLIT subsidies.
Work and safety clothing is provided by RENOLIT, and we also offer laundry and cleaning services for some teams.
Participation in childcare costs until entry into primary school
In addition to salary, RENOLIT pays 50% of childcare costs (without meals) up to a maximum of 300 € per month, depending on working hours.
RENOLIT has set up a care fund for all German locations in order to be able to reconcile family and career in the care of family members.

In addition to team development events, RENOLIT offers many opportunities for events such as the annual Nibelungen Run or the Family Day at the location.
As a small thank-you for special commitment (e.g. participation in the volunteers' day), employees receive deposits on their shopping card, which can be used in many ways.

- If an apprentice already works in 5-shift operation, the additional payments are remunerated with pay group E1.
- Apprentices receive a bonus based on their grade in the final examination. From a grade of 1.9 you receive 100 €, increase up to 1,000 € possible.
