Packaging and thermoforming
Using these films it is possible to manufacture ecological refill packs. This is based on:
- Excellent seal properties with HF welding machines
- High quality printing
- Do not contain any substances of very high concern (SVHC: REACH) without any CMR 1A and 1B substance content.
THERMOFORMING AND PACKAGING
Rigid PVC in various colours with different types of finishes: transparent, translucent and opaque. Different thicknesses, impact resistant, suitable impression and welding, food contact approval.
POUCHES CONTAINING LIQUIDS (TECHNICAL GRADE)
RENOLIT refill packaging films are made for pouch production containing liquids for domestic use:
- Detergents
- Bleaches
- Fabric softeners
- Dishwashing liquids
- All purpose cleaners
PROPERTIES
- Soft PVC: good printing, welding, fragrance diffusion
- Soft touch feel
- Pouring spout
- Diffusion of fragrance through the film (while retaining the liquid)
- Low weight: 7-10 g per 250 ml; 12-15g per 500 ml pouch.
- Creates little packaging waste since empty pouches are compressible.
