The RENOLIT Group, the Worms-based specialist for plastic films and associated products has announced the 2014 turnover of EUR 915.8 million, up 3.6 % on the previous year.
“The latest figures confirm our current strategy of sustainable and continuing growth” said a satisfied Michael Kundel, the Chief Executive Officer of RENOLIT SE. However, at the same time he warned of resting on this successes. “There are a number of developments, especially here in Germany, which are not making life for companies such as ours easy. These include, above all, over-regulation and high levies such as the EEG surcharge.”
Apart from the Board, the other employees of RENOLIT will also be pleased with the good figures: They are getting a bonus of 10 % of monthly pay. “That the company is letting its employees share in this success has been well received by the workforce and shows that good work and flexibility are worthwhile as this special bonus shows” said Reinhard Westhäuser, Chairman of the Joint Works Council. A given for Michael Kundel: “RENOLIT’s secret of success has always been its well qualified and motivated employees”.
