As part of our strategy we focus on strengthening innovation capabilities and empowering TEAM RENOLIT to innovate. This commitment spans the entire organization. Our two-fold mission includes offering innovation services like idea campaigns, training, and project support, while also scouting for new business opportunities both within and beyond RENOLIT's current areas of expertise.

In order to set strategic directions, we analyse trends and identify nascent areas in science, technology or business which will gain relevance in the future, and in which we see potential for new business.

Within the active SIFs, Future Factory drives the generation of ideas by utilizing defined channels, focusing on finding ideas with viable value propositions. The most promising ideas are developed further by providing a protected ecosystem, dedicated support and clear governance & decision-making. Future Factory seeks to efficiently grow and scale these new innovation projects, and to develop dedicated project portfolios within the SIFs to build sizable and sustainable future businesses.

„Make the most of your innovation resources and capabilities” At CONNECT we provide ONE common structure for Innovation Portfolio and Process Management. Our solution is software supported which consequence into ONE single source of truth for the status of RENOLIT ́s innovation projects & portfolio. Furthermore, that condensed and goal-oriented information over the status, progress and value of your innovation projects to facilitate management decisions (portfolio & project level)
Strengthening the innovation culture and mindset
The RENNOVA Academy offers a broad range of innovation trainings to the global RENOLIT Group, including online trainings, customized workshops and monthly Innovation Online Seminars. Furthermore, we aim to establish a dynamic Innovator Community to share knowledge and experiences and to foster internal collaboration. Both the RENNOVA Academy as well as the Innovator Community shall soon also be available for our customers and partners.
Stimulating new ideas
Internally, we offer Idea Campaigns as a Service as well as structures, methodologies, platforms and tools for a successful Idea Management Process customized to your needs. But stimulating goes beyond internal boundaries: we aim to collaboratively ideate with our customers, partners as well as our external innovation network and collect knowledge from external idea campaigns.

RENOLIT CP
Corrosion protection film for reliabale and long-term protection of onshore wind towers enabling faster repairs and lower maintenance costs. Faster and safer appli-cation than conventional coating, since free of volatile organic compounds (VOC).
RENOLIT GEOFOL
Scratch- and abrasion-resistant decorative films with a corundum-containing top layer, which makes the surface slip-resistant and provides the necessary safety against slipping. Gives terraces, balconies and other outdoor coverings a technically sophisticated and decoratively high-quality character.
