Where will you work?
RENOLIT Netherlands is part of the RENOLIT Group, a family business with its head office in Worms, Germany. There are approximately 4,000 employees worldwide. The head office of the RENOLIT Healthcare Market Unit is located in Enkhuizen, where approximately 270 employees work.
Everyone at RENOLIT Healthcare works every day to save or extend human lives with the production of plastic products for the packaging of infusion, transfusion and dialysis fluids. We make plastic semi-finished products that are ultimately used to make blood and infusion bags, for example. We aim for the highest quality and are driven to make an important social contribution every day.

Please note: you can work in Enkhuizen, Oude Meer (nearby Amsterdam Schiphol Airport) and from home. In case commuting to our innovation center in Oude Meer is more convenient for you, you are expected to work in Enkhuizen twice a week on average.

You will be part of our Global Product Management team. Including you, the department consists of 10 colleagues spread across the Netherlands, Chile, China and the United States. Peter Robben manages the team as Global Product Manager. Peter would like to share the following with you:

As a Product Manager you make a strong contribution to maintaining and creating the right product portfolio for our customers, now and in the future. You enable strong collaborations between our external (e.g. customers, suppliers and partners) and internal stakeholders (including marketing, production, supply chain, regulatory affairs and R&D). In this way you translate customer needs into internal specifications with the aim of initiating product developments and improvements.

Your tasks include:

  • Act as the central point of contact within RENOLIT Healthcare for the product assigned to you and accompany it through its entire life cycle;
  • Carrying out market and trend research within healthcare to find out which products are needed in the future;
  • Analyzing our product portfolio to find out which products remain relevant for our customers
  • Keeping track of changing legislation and specifications and informing customers about this;
  • Prepare product information in the form of technical data sheets for customers. You also advise our partners about the processing of our products;
  • Provide training to our sales team about the markets and our products;
  • Participate in projects aimed at product development and improvement;
  • Maintaining relationships with our partners.

Wat wij verwachten

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree related to commercial, business or science;
  • Experienced in a product manager role with tangible products;
  • You have experience with evaluating data and market analyses, customer visits and defining market strategies with tangible products (not online sales);
  • Conception and implementation of product strategies are your expertise;
  • Strong knowledge of methods such business model canvas, value proposition canvas, SWOT analysis, portfolio analysis, positioning analysis and design thinking;
  • You feel comfortable with technical content and would like to learn about all relevant information, like products, production methods and applications of us, our customers and competitors;
  • You are commercially aware, eager to learn, a good team player and can communicate well with various internal and external stakeholders;
  • Willing to travel internationally to RENOLIT Healthcare branches and customers for project-related tasks and support.

  • Excellent benefit package on top of your salary (13th month, 26 vacation days, 11,5 ADV days, annual bonus and an attractive employability budget);
  • Flexible working hours and the option to work partly from home, Enkhuizen and in our Amsterdam Innovation Center nearby Amsterdam Schiphol Airport;
  • Commuting allowance is €0,23 per kilometer (max. 50 km one way per day);
