RENOLIT honours long-standing employees for their special commitment

Anniversary gala celebrates the second time long service of employees from all four German locations

Worms, 30. January 2024 – On 25 January 2024, RENOLIT hosted an anniversary gala at the Congressforum Frankenthal to honour the many years of service and commitment of the company's employees. All 126 employees at the RENOLIT sites in Worms, Frankenthal, Munich and Waldkraiburg who celebrated their 10th, 25th or 40th anniversary with the company in 2023 were invited. In addition to the jubilarians, the Executive Board, the General Manager Corporate Human Resources, the Chairman of the General Works Council and Tim Wiedemann, Managing Director of the Worms Service Centre at the Rheinhessen Chamber of Industry and Commerce, were also present to express their appreciation.

"You are all proof that commitment and the right attitude are also important in professional life in order to be successful and satisfied. I am very pleased that we can emphasise the company's commitment to long-term partnerships and a strong team spirit with this event.“ 

Markus Blümle, General Manager Corporate Human Resources, opened the evening with the words: "It is a great pleasure for me to honour those who have made an invaluable contribution to the success of RENOLIT with their many years of service. This anniversary celebration is more than just a recognition of years of employment, it is a heartfelt thank you to our colleagues whose commitment has played a key role in shaping our corporate culture.“

The gala evening began with a champagne reception, which gave guests the opportunity to meet and talk in a pleasant atmosphere. In addition to honouring the jubilarians personally, Nadia Ayche and Bernadette Ahl accompanied the anniversary gala with music. Another highlight of the evening was the performance by presenter, speaker and comedian Felix Gaudo, who enthralled the audience with his interactive presentation on the topic of "Staying calm - having fun at work".
