    Thomas Sampers 1964 yılında Kuzey Ren-Vestfalya'da Brüggen'de doğdu. FH Niederrhein Mönchengladbach/Krefeld'de 1991 yılında tamamladığı işletme eğitiminin ardından SCA Mölnlycke'de pazarlama ve satış alanlarında çalıştı ve uluslararası projelerde yer aldı. 1998 yılında Ecolab'a geçerek burada çeşitli uluslararası yönetim pozisyonlarında görev aldı. Ardından 2013 yılında Thomas Sampers, Paul Hartmann Group'a Uluslararası İnkontinans Pazarlama Başkan Yardımcısı olarak katıldı. Ardından, 2017 yılında Enkhuizen'de (Hollanda) RENOLIT'te çalışmaya başladı ve burada stratejik pazar birimi RENOLIT HEALTHCARE'i yönetti. 2020 yılından bu yana RENOLIT İcra Kurulu üyesidir ve aynı zamanda İş Biriminden sorumlu olmaya devam etmektedir Healthcare.

    Mevcut Yönetim Kurulu üyesi evli ve iki kız çocuğu babasıdır. Yürüyüş, dağcılık, triatlon ve kitebuggy biniciliği Thomas Sampers'ın en çok keyif aldığı sporlardan bazıları. Ayrıca yemek pişiriyor ve Lego ile inşa ederek rahatlıyor.
