To grow as a pioneer of innovative polymer solutions, RENOLIT has established it's innovation ecosystem RENNOVA which is run by the company's stratgic innovation unit. It's mission is to continuously improve the organization’s innovation capabilities by fostering internal innovation and expanding external collaboration.

At RENOLIT, decision-making and innovation scouting is always evaluated from customer's point of view. Our linear take-make-waste business model is becoming increasingly unsustainable. By taking ownership of our polymers we will design new business models to avoid waste.

Lowering our carbon footprint is core part of our corporate responsibility. By pioneering non-fossil based raws we will establish and increase the use of these materials in our products.
Servitize Offerings
By taking over responsibilities from our customers we will generate value, increase connection and capture a higher share of the value chain. Moving from transaction-based revenue to recurrent/stable revenue.

Future Factory seeks to efficiently grow and scale these new innovation projects, and to develop dedicated project portfolios within the SIFs to build sizable and sustainable future businesses.

Strengthening the innovation culture and mindset
The RENNOVA Academy offers a broad range of innovation trainings to the global RENOLIT Group, including online trainings, customized workshops and monthly Innovation Online Seminars. Furthermore, we aim to establish a dynamic Innovator Community to share knowledge and experiences and to foster internal collaboration. Both the RENNOVA Academy as well as the Innovator Community shall soon also be available for our customers and partners.
Stimulating new ideas
Internally, we offer Idea Campaigns as a Service as well as structures, methodologies, platforms and tools for a successful Idea Management Process customized to your needs. RENOLIT CP
Corrosion protection film for reliabale and long-term protection of onshore wind towers enabling faster repairs and lower maintenance costs. Faster and safer appli-cation than conventional coating, since free of volatile organic compounds (VOC).
RENOLIT GEOFOL
Scratch- and abrasion-resistant decorative films with a corundum-containing top layer, which makes the surface slip-resistant and provides the necessary safety against slipping. Gives terraces, balconies and other outdoor coverings a technically sophisticated and decoratively high-quality character.
RENOLIT REFACE
Multi-layer award-winning film to refresh the appearance of a building quickly and cost efficiently available in many designs. The lotus effect of the film saves building owners high cleaning costs. The lower cleaning effort can reduce maintenance time by up to 75%.
