- Material mixture

The mixture is heated under high pressure and processed into a dense melt. - The calendering process
The melt passes through several heated rollers, which bring the material precisely to the desired thickness and create a homogeneous structure. - Embossing and finishing
Depending on the application, the film is given a matt, glossy or textured surface. - Cooling and control
We use a comprehensive control system with highly sensitive sensors that monitor the entire production process to ensure the excellent quality of our films. Properties such as thickness, gloss level, colour and width etc. are continuously monitored. - Rolling up and packaging
The finished film is cut into rolls and prepared for dispatch.
