    A case in the size of 1,4m x 0,6m x 0,8m, made out of RENOLIT GORCELL, is 21,7 kg lighter than a case made of birchwood. 

    The Product

    RENOLIT GORCELL is a honeycomb sandwich which combines composite skins with a hexagonal honeycomb structure. 

    The honeycomb core can be combined with surface materials of various kinds:

    Developed for extreme impact resistance, given by special PP skins. 

    Skin Material

    The hight impact skin is a composite material made of polypropylene highly stretched fibers, which is thermo-laminated onto the RENOLIT GORCELL core.

    RENOLIT GORCELL ESTY-PLAS

    Its leather grain surface gives your case an elegant look by being light as a feather.

    RENOLIT ESTY-PLAS is a wood plastic composite sheet with an anti-scratch skin designed for aestethic applications where a protective surface is needed. The special wood plastic composite (WPC) skins gives your cases a high stability. The skin material is thermo-laminated onto the RENOLIT GORCELL honeycomb core.

    The RENOLIT WOOD-STOCK skin gives you the possibility to laminate your surface material on our panel

    RENOLIT WOOD-STOCK is a wood plastic composite material produced by an extrusion process of polypropylene and natural fibers. The special wood plastic composite (WPC) skins can be provided with textile applied on the surfaces, depending on the surface material you want to add. The RENOLIT WOOD-STOCK skinl is thermo-laminated onto the RENOLIT GORCELL honeycomb core.
