The company has long focused on the introduction of concrete measures aimed at circular economy and resource optimization. Working with collaborators and business partners to achieve the strategic goal of sustainability through the three pillars People, Planet and Profit. From 2009 to today the production has increased by 127%, but for each square meter of membrane produced, savings are up to 20% of electricity, 35% of water resources and 38% of gas. Therefore, the corporate social responsibility strategy set goals to achieve 11 out of 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations 2030 Agenda. This is in line with the overall strategy of RENOLIT group (https://www.renolit.com/en/company/sustainability).

The solutions of the Blue roof and Green roof recuperating rainwater and preserving biodiversity are intertwined with Objectives 3 (Good Health and Well-being), 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure), 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), 13 (Climate Action) and 15 (Life on Land).
