RENOLIT Healthcare Innovation Workshops – EVEN FOR CUSTOMER BUYING LONG ESTABLISHED POLYMER PRODUCTS

When NASA had to retire its Space Shuttle program in 2011, a then 30 years old spacecraft system, it had to rely for the coming 9 years on Russian Soyuz rockets, an even older system, for the flights to the International Space Station ISS. Luckily the private spacecraft company SpaceX took the task over in 2020 with its revolutionary launch system, that allows orbital boosters to return from space and being re-usable for many further flights. SpaceX also took over the training of the NASA astronauts to train them on the new and innovative system. For this training, flight simulations were made extremely realistic by playing sounds from prior fueling processes on the launch pad to train the astronauts for slight deviations during the real launch. But the knowledge also went in the other direction: NASA and their astronauts gave valuable input to fine tune the processes of operating spacecrafts and tailor the training and workshops to NASA’s needs.

The RENOLIT Healthcare AIC has developed a training and workshop concept for customers buying long established products from us, to become more innovative with the goal to generate greater customer value for them and their end-customers. This offering is already practiced with some customers, is very well received, and allows for meeting the individual innovation needs of our customers in a collaborative process. Arranging such a meeting is easy too: just get the innovation and R&D teams from your customer in touch with the AIC – and then the heavy lifting is done by the AIC, while keeping you in the loop.

Some highlights of our Innovation Workshops:

    • Also suitable for customers who are buying long established products from RENOLIT Healthcare for some time and are looking for ways to become more innovative in the same and potentially adjacent application areas.
    • The need for innovation is also driven by end customers that perceive their customer value as decreasing over time and fear that the zenith of their products’ life cycle has been passed.
    • Both customer groups, customer and end customers, are seeking for partners to collaborate on innovation but have no clear path how to initiate this process. Here our Innovation Workshops are a good starting point.
    • Arranging such an Innovation Workshop is easy too: just fill the form below and then we take over.
