Worms, September 20, 2021 – On the occasion of RENOLIT's 75th birthday, an anniversary celebration was held in Worms last Wednesday in compliance with corona-related hygiene regulations. Guests at the conference center "Das Wormser" were members of the RENOLIT management as well as representatives from politics and economy, among them the Prime Minister of Rhineland-Palatinate Malu Dreyer and the Mayor of Worms Hans-Joachim Kosubek.

"RENOLIT has also been able to successfully hold its own in the market for 75 years because it is a very innovative company that has not waited for transformations but has actively embraced them. RENOLIT was and is successful because it has always thought about the future," said Minister President Malu Dreyer in her welcoming address to the invited guests. She added that it was important to maintain and live traditions, but at the same time it was also important to look ahead. "I wish RENOLIT for the next 75 years, that this spirit will be maintained and that many more innovations will come from the house of RENOLIT."

"In view of the many changes that characterize our present, what remains constant deserves special attention. And so it is important today to honor a Worms success story," said Worms Mayor Hans-Joachim Kosubek. "Without the diligence, drive and determination, especially of the employees, such a success would not have been possible. I would like to congratulate RENOLIT, the management and the staff on their anniversary. And I hope that what you have all created with combined efforts will continue to develop so positively," the mayor congratulated the company.

The evening was hosted by Max Urlacher, a German actor, speaker and author. In addition to a round of talks with the Chairman of the Supervisory Board and co-owner Andreas Lang and the RENOLIT Executive Board, the event was accompanied by musical and artistic performances by the Worms Music School, among others. At the end of the evening, Dieter Dengl and Ullrich Backhaus, both former members of the RENOLIT Supervisory Board, were bid farewell.
