IBS is the world's largest annual light construction trade show, hosted by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

 

With more than 1,800 exhibitors in 2025, the event drew its fair share of first-time participants this year, looking to test the waters among a builder audience. After walking the show last year, officials for RENOLIT (a longtime exhibitor at door and window related events) set up in the Central Hall, which served as the primary spot for door and window companies (quote from Door and Window Market Magazine).

David Harris, our product manager for Exterior Solutions laminates left the event with plenty of new ideas.

 

“We’ve had a lot of good leads, and we’ve actually found some quality stuff that’s going to work out for us in other directions,” Harris said to Door and Window Market Magazine. “Because, when you normally think about RENOLIT, you think about the [glass-related] shows, where we’re about doors and windows. We’re fenestration. But we’re also façade. We’re also decking. We’re fencing.”

The show gave us enthusiastic feedback on non-fenestration markets with visitors seduced by our novelties like RENOLIT EXOFOL PFX, realistic and super-matt prints, perfectly adapted to siding or soffit e.g., as well as our RENOLIT GEOFOL FH range, adapted for most demanding horizontal surface applications such as Decking.
