Quality seal of the University of Applied Sciences for Management confirms modern and sustainable Corporate People & Empowerment management of the RENOLIT Group
Award for taking into account the interests of companies and employees in the Corporate People & Empowerment strategy
Worms/Mannheim, February 27, 2025 – Last Wednesday, the RENOLIT Group received the quality seal of the University of Applied Sciences for Management (HdWM) for the second time for the successfully completed auditing process "Corporate Guidelines". The award confirms the company's continuous commitment to modern, sustainable and future-oriented HR strategies.
After the first certification in 2022, the renewed award as part of the "Corporate Guidelines" auditing process underlines the high priority that RENOLIT attaches to its employees. For example, the "Health Promotion" guideline stipulates that all locations of the group of companies contribute to the health promotion of employees.
In the audit, the implementation of the Corporate Guidelines of the Corporate Unit Corporate People & Empowerment in everyday work was comprehensively examined. Interviews with users and developers, the evaluation of data and the examination of documents were included in the evaluation. With this award, the university confirms the high level of maturity of HR work at RENOLIT. The concepts and guidelines are well-founded, have structure and systematics.
"The exchange with excellent organizations like RENOLIT is invaluable for us," explains Prof. Dr. Perizat Daglioglu. "The insights into practice help HdWM to keep its finger on the pulse. RENOLIT impressively shows how innovative HR work can create a global culture that takes into account the interests of companies and employees alike."
The award was accepted on behalf of RENOLIT by the General Manager Corporate People & Empowerment Markus Blümle and the Directors of the Corporate People & Empowerment departments at the University of Applied Sciences for Management (HdWM) in Mannheim. "This renewed certification is a confirmation of our strategic work in the area of People & Empowerment and an incentive to continuously develop our corporate culture," said Markus Blümle. "It reassures us that we are on the right track. At the same time, the audit result gives us valuable impetus from outside to further optimize our corporate culture," he added.
