Our Sustainability Report 2023 is now available

“We deliver sustainable and innovative polymer solutions” – this aspiration guides us at RENOLIT every day and forms the basis of our business activities. For over 75 years, we have been continuously evolving and have established ourselves as one of the leading international manufacturers of high-quality polymer films. These developments are based on a clear mission: to achieve and constantly improve sustainability in all its dimensions – social (people), ecological (planet) and economic (profit).

In the last few years, the regulatory requirements for sustainability have become much more stringent. The introduction of new reporting requirements and standards, such as the CSRD with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), is also raising expectations for transparent and comprehensive reporting. At RENOLIT, we see this change as an opportunity to intensify our commitment to sustainability and to communicate the progress of our work in an even more comprehensible way.

CSRD reporting will be mandatory for companies of our size as of 2026. In order to prepare ourselves for the mandatory standards in good time and to do justice to our role as a responsible company, we are already taking the opportunity to implement the new requirements proactively. The changeover from GRI reporting standards to those of the ESRS means that we are now faced with completely new challenges. However we also gain new insights, such as the fields of action from the analysis of double materiality, which can act as positive strategic impetus for our sustainability work.

We are now pleased to present the Sustainability Report 2023. This report has been prepared in accordance with the new standards of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
