RENOLIT EXOFOL for door in-fill panels
RENOLIT EXOFOL MT. The thermoformable film.
The decorative RENOLIT EXOFOL MT PVC films were specially developed for the lamination to door in-fill panels which are then vacuum formed.
RENOLIT EXOFOL MT first appeared as a real innovation in the market more than 30 years ago. Using a suitable adhesive, the film is laminated to door panels by profile lamination machines and then vacuum formed door in-fill panel manufacturers.
RENOLIT EXOFOL MT is suitable for use in the same climate zones as RENOLIT EXOFOL MX and has a guarantee of up to 10 years.
The RENOLIT EXOFOL MT film structure
The PVC film is twin-layered. The colour pigments in the base film use Solar Shield Technology. This protects the panels against excessive heat build-up.
The base layer can remain plain or be printed. The transparent PMMA upper layer protect the colours and designs against fading caused by UV radiation or other weathering effects. The upper layer is a thicker and matter PMMA which does not become shiny when formed and ensures that the protective acrylate layer remains sufficiently thick.
