    SMU Controller (m/f/d)

    Your tasks at RENOLIT

    • Central contact and sparring partner for all controlling topics of the Business Units Interior Surfaces and Backup for Exterior Solutions
    • Analysis of the contribution margins as well as the results of the locations and the Business Unit with recommendations and initiation of measures
    • Ensuring compliance with the transfer pricing policy between the companies
    • Coordination of finance & administration activities in cooperation with Corp. Finance & Administration
    • Execution of operational reporting as well as planning and forecasting of business unit key figures
    • Develop and implement new processes & controlling tools for various projects
    • Promote risk management and compliance to ensure internal controls are in compliance
    • Supporting Business Units in developing strategic growth plans
    • Cash flow and liquidity management

    What we expect

    • Successfully completed business degree in Controlling, Finance & Accounting or comparable qualification
    • Relevant professional experience in a management function in Controlling, Finance or Accounting
    • Excellent skills in German and English (C1 level)
    • Expert knowledge & digital skills e.g. ERP and BI system knowledge (SAP, SAP-Bone, SQL)
    • High level of analytical thinking & organizational skills
    • Self-starter, proactive working style & result orientation
    • Excellent communication skills and sense of responsibility
    • Willing to travel nationally and internationally
