Product & Export Manager – PVC Flooring Solutions

RENOLIT Ibérica specializes in the manufacturing of flexible thermoplastic PVC films, unicoloured or printed, by means of the calendaring and extrusion process. Specifically for the roofing, civil engineering, and swimming pool sectors. In the swimming pool sector, printed films with decorative designs. In the civil works sector, with the aim of storing liquids, on the one hand, films for drinking water tanks and reservoirs; and on the other hand, to prevent leaks or water ingress, films for tunnels and foundations. Finally, in the roofing sector, there are different product ranges depending on their application.
Your tasks at RENOLIT
We are looking for an International Product Manager to drive the development, promotion and commercialization strategy for our PVC flooring solutions in international markets. This role will focus on expanding our PVC Flooring systems sales in swimming pools, sports canters and recreational facilities, ensuring the successful market penetration of our products. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing commercial activities in the assigned territories, developing new business opportunities, and expanding our presence in existing markets. The role also requires close coordination with local sales representatives to ensure effective execution of the sales strategy and market expansions efforts.
In addition, the candidate will take care of direct responsibility for some International Markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the international sales strategy to grow market presence of the SMU Pool.
- Manage a team of Commercial Agents
- Identify and establish relationships with installers, specifiers (architects, engineers), and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to define the best sales approach.
- Manage the prescription phase and promote a consultative sales process.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Department marketing actions to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
- Plan and participate in international business trips, trade fairs, and exhibitions.
- Coordinate with local sales representatives in different markets to optimize business development efforts.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
What we expect
- Technical background, preferably a degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the construction, architecture, PVC solutions, or flooring industry.
- Experience working with installers and specifiers (architects, engineers).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English (mandatory), Spanish and French are a plus.
- Availability for international travel.
