    Innovation Manager (m/w/d) – Incubation Activities

Here, idea concepts outside of the core business area are provided with the setting and resources to be pushed forward in a market-oriented, enterprising and creative manner. We enable our internal project teams to master their way from ideation to business model validation.

    Your tasks at RENOLIT

    • Manage own incubation projects from ideation to business model validation
    • Mentor our interdisciplinary internal Future Factory teams on their journey from transforming an idea into business. Being their sparring partner you guide them with your impulses and ensure that projects are being pushed forward referring to Lean Startup principles with a strong market focus and a user-centric perspective
    • Support the project teams in defining their customers, designing their value proposition and business model, building prototypes, generating market feedback, sizing the market and prepare their pitches
    • Systematically reduce the uncertainty around ideas in short learning loops. Conducting experiments together with the teams in order to generate evidence that validate or invalidate your idea concept
    • Explore the market potential of new ideas by researching the value chain, competitive environment and more
    • Create and conduct workshops in order to spread the mindset and methodology of our Future Factory within the organization (Foster Creativity, Lean Startup, Design Thinking & Entrepreneurship)
    • Help us further expand the service offerings of our incubator

    What we expect

    • In-depth knowledge about incubation, business economics and a talent to quickly grasp new topics
    • Proven track record of entrepreneurial experience displayed business initiative or business development project
    • You know how to transfer ideas in new business and motivate as well as guide people to success
    • You proactively seek as well as act upon business opportunities in unknown terrain and make necessary decisions even when information is not fully available
    • Practical Experience with tools & methods in the context of incubation
    • A passion for building up new things paired with a hands-on mentality and analytical skills
    • An open minded character, creative spirit, team player attitude, communication talent towards executive level
    • Fluent in English, minimum intermediate German
    • Willingness to travel
