Customer Service Rep

    Your tasks at RENOLIT

    Coordinate sales activities to regular accounts through customer service liaison between customers, sales organization and plant.  Support sales organization in matters related to regular customer’s orders and allow our sales staff to approach new customers and introduce new products.


    • Receives, prioritizes, and enters customer orders
    • Ordering samples from supply plants
    • Coordinates inventories and fulfillment of orders through effective communications with customers, salespersons, and operations
    • Sample requests, maintain sample request spreadsheet, and follow up.
    • Monitor sample requests and coordinate fulfillment
    • Coordinates communications between customers and the company
    • Maintain hand samples and labels to be available for sample requests
    • Tracking import orders for customer shipments
    • Obtain necessary paperwork for materials to clear US customs (e.g. contracts, communication)
    • Weekly on time shipment report
    • Perform special projects and tasks as needed
    • Perform various clerical duties as directed

    What we expect


    • Associates Degree or equivalent experience in business or related discipline preferred
    • Prior customer service experience and or accounting background required
    • Freight forwarding experience preferred


    •    Strong computer skills especially Microsoft Offic
    •    Excellent organization, communication, planning, telephone, and interpersonal skills
    •    Able to work as a team member with a wide variety of people
    •    Able to work under stress and solve problems quickly
    •    Able to use hands and wrists for data entry and other office equipment
    •    Positive Attitude
