Interior Product Manager
Renolit UK Limited is a leading manufacturer of high-quality exterior PVC window films and interior kitchen films, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions for residential and commercial applications.
We are seeking a experienced Interior Product Manager to manage and promote our Interior product offer manufactured at Cramlington in order to achieve and if possible, exceed the budgeted contribution margins.
Your tasks at RENOLIT
- Manage and take ownership for a selection of products within the Interior portfolio to achieve NPD numbers, profitability and support consistent performance.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction by having a thorough understanding of individual items current technical developments and process capabilities.
- Aim to reduce business complexity within the business.
- Improve sales performance by developing more profitable introductions.
- Develop new designs, colours & structures.
- Constantly look at ways to improve the overall finish and performance of our new introductions.
- Utilise the NPD&I process to drive projects where applicable. Provide a solid business case for investment and development projects.
- Provide detailed analysis on performance of products in order to make informed decisions.
- Establish and develop relationships with key partners within the RENOLIT group.
- Initiate, co-ordinate, progress and supervise marketing trials, proofing’s, colour matching and standardisation exercises to ensure that all products are correctly administered and can be effectively integrated into the business.
- Support the sales team in developing current opportunities in the UK & overseas markets with regular communication and customer visits where required. Determine which opportunities will add the most value to the business.
- Understand the unmet needs of our customers.
- Identify trends and market direction to support new introductions.
- Have the ability to lead small teams in problem solving and project management.
- Support the strategic OKR objectives of the business, playing a key role in required projects.
- Conduct product training and support for other departments within the business.
What we expect
- Business qualification or related experience working in a production environment.
- Good analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Appreciation / interest in Interior Design.
- Commercial customer experience desirable.
