Competition FENSTERBAU FRONTALE 2026

Terms and Conditions 

1. Organizer
RENOLIT SE | Horchheimer Str. 50 | 67547 Worms | Germany

2. Eligibility
Participation in this competition is exclusively open to individuals aged 18 years or older who are actively employed by or professionally affiliated with a company operating within the window manufacturing, installation, or related fenestration industry at the time of entry. This means that participation is expressly tied to a professional function and an association with a company within this specific industry sector.

Private individuals not acting in a professional capacity, or those without a demonstrable professional connection to the aforementioned industry, are strictly excluded from participation.

Furthermore, employees of RENOLIT SE, its subsidiaries, affiliates, sales agents, distributors, and their immediate family members (parents, siblings, children, and spouses, regardless of where they live) are not eligible to participate. Any entries from such individuals will be considered null and void.

Participants must also comply with all applicable local laws and regulations regarding contests and promotions in their country of residence or business operation."

3. Participation Period
The competion will run during the FENSTERBAU FRONTALE trade fair from March 24 to March 27, 2026.

All entries must be submitted no later than Friday, 27 March 2026, 5:00 p.m. Entries received after this deadline will not be considered.

4. How to Participate
To enter the competition at the trade fair, eligible participants must either

(a) submit the completed competition card they received with the invitation by placing it into the entry box or
(b) complete a participation form at the RENOLIT stand and place it in the entry box, or
(c) drop their business card into the entry box

The business card or form must clearly show the company name and industry affiliation. Only one entry per person is permitted.

5. Use of Personal Data
By participating, entrants consent to RENOLIT SE using the personal data provided solely for the purpose of administering the competition, contacting the winner, and publishing the winner’s company name.

Data will not be passed on to third parties for marketing purposes without additional consent. The RENOLIT SE privacy policy applies.

6. Prizes, Winner Selection and Notification
The following prizes will be awarded:

1. Apple iPad 11
2. SENNHEISER MOMENTUM True Wireless 4 In-Ear-Headphones
3. Portable Bose SoundLink Flex speaker

Winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries.
The draw will take place after the trade fair. Winners will be notified within 10 days by email or telephone. If a winner cannot be reached within 10 days, RENOLIT SE reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Invalid Entries / Disqualification
Entries that are incomplete, do not comply with these terms or originate from excluded persons will be disqualified.
RENOLIT SE reserves the right to exclude participants in cases of suspected manipulation or misuse.

8. Liability
RENOLIT SE accepts no liability for lost, damaged or late entries, or for any technical issues that may occur during participation.
Legal recourse is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9. Modification or Cancellation
RENOLIT SE reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice if unforeseen circumstances make this necessary.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This competition is governed by German law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is Worms. Legal recourse is excluded.

11. Taxes and Duties
Any taxes or duties arising from the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

12. Optional Marketing Consent
Participants may optionally consent to receive marketing communications (e.g., newsletters). Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.
