Alexander Doppler, Production Manager at the Worms plant in Germany
“I like being at RENOLIT.”
About 25 years ago I had to decide which occupation I should learn. Back then I had the choice between an apprenticeship as a plant electrician or a plastic mould maker. Because of family connections and experience, I chose RENOLIT, also because my cousin had already completed an apprenticeship in plastic mould making and he had aroused my interest.
I have now been at RENOLIT since 1985 and I have never regretted my decision back then. I grew up at RENOLIT and I like it here. One can describe the atmosphere in the company as very open, personal and friendly. Effective January 1, 2011 I was appointed the Production Manager. I am therefore pretty tied-up in the day-to-day running of the plant but I am also involved in projects whose objectives are more efficient manufacturing.
