RENOLIT has a range of pressed vinyl sheets designed for a multitude of industrial applications. Many sizes and gauges are available from stock, others are made to order.
What is pressed sheet?
Vinyl film is first calendered before being cut into sheets and pressed between two metal plates. Several layers are laid together to obtain the required thickness. This process removes all the stresses and strains associated with calendered film and creates a product that has inherent dimensional stability. RENOLIT pressed is available as either rigid or flexible sheets in a number of different sizes and gauges.
Imagination & innovation
Since a pressed sheet is manufactured as a sandwich construction, the possibilities of encapsulation within the layers are infinite. Special inserts, reflective films, digital prints all offer the potential to create innovative products with unique functional and design properties.
