Think-tank HORIZON guarantees market leadership
Lighting a room with ceiling film? Using a desk surface as a PC keyboard? Imagining futuristic developments only seems utopian from our current standpoint. HORIZON is RENOLIT’s think-tank and its mission is to overcome these inhibitions. In this innovative platform, the chances of new film products are discussed and new business sectors are examined with the timeframe varying between two and five years.
Over-stepping knowledge boundaries
HORIZON wants to overstep our knowledge boundaries. This is where impulses for new base materials and technologies as ell as new functions and markets converge. From these emerge future projects which should secure and expand RENOLIT’s long-term economic success. HORIZON is a network of in-house departments and external partners who would all like to contribute to the future of the RENOLIT Group. Greatly differing ideas, jointly concentrated and developed form the launching pad for future projects.
Open to external ideas
Regardless of whether employee, customer or supplier: Everybody with good ideas can contribute to HORIZON. The foundations of alternative, divergent thinking are creativity and experience. Ideas emerge from research laboratories, tradesman experience or from the daily contact with the materials or products from which plastic films are made.
