The use and passing on of personal data and its purpose
RENOLIT will use your personal data for the purposes of the technical administration of its websites, for customer management, product surveys and marketing, and only to the extent necessary for the respective purpose.
Personal data will only be transmitted to governmental bodies or authorities if this is required under mandatory provisions of national law. Our employees, agencies and traders are all bound by a duty of confidentiality.
We would like to use your data to enable us to inform you of our products and services and possibly to ask you questions about them. Of course, participation in such activities is voluntary. By registering for RENOLIT‘s newsletter, the user is explicitly agreeing to having their data collected, used and processed. Unless the user consents to their data being used further, such data shall only be used for the purpose of customer support, surveys and dispatching this newsletter. Details that go beyond the email address are voluntary and intended solely to address the user personally. There is an encrypted hyperlink in each newsletter that enables the user to get to their data and make any changes or delete it. The user may end their subscription by using the cancellation option provided in the newsletter.
RENOLIT uses software for the newsletter that stores the usage behaviour anonymously. The hyperlinks that have been clicked are registered at the same time, though they may not be assigned to an individual. The profile information we produce about the user of our website and our newsletter is always anonymised and is used only to improve user navigation and optimise the offer in the interests of the user. We do not register any individual behaviour.
