Worms, April 30th 2008 – The reorganization of the RENOLIT Group, Worms, is taking on concrete features. Along with the division into eight strategic business units, the upcoming responsibilities in the sales organization of RENOLIT DESIGN have in the meantime also been determined.

Worms, 04 April 2008 - Change of guard at RENOLIT AG: With effect as of 2 April 2008, Michael Kundel, till now executive board member responsible for the sales and marketing sector, has assumed the managing directorship of the enterprise.

Worms / Bad Salzuflen, 25 February 2008 The product portfolio of the RENOLIT DESIGN business unit now comprises a total of four brands. On the occasion of this year’s ZOW in Bad Salzuflen, RENOLIT, Alkor and COVA presented themselves at a joint exhibition stand, together with the Benelit brand, taken over from Benecke-Kaliko AG at the beginning of December 2007.

For the RENOLIT Group in Worms, the 2008 business year is going to be one of deep-rooted change. Two years after taking over the industrial film activities of the Belgian Solvay group and two months after the integration of Benecke-Kaliko AG’s furniture film business, RENOLIT is now preparing the detailed set-up for a new market presence.

At this year’s ZOW in Bad Salzuflen, the RENOLIT Group is represented by a total of six brands. On top of the five brands RENOLIT VACUREN, COVA Press, COVA SR, Alkortherm and Alkorcell, the joint exhibition presentation in hall 23 at stand A2/A4 will also include the brand Benelit, which the RENOLIT Group had taken over from Benecke-Kaliko AG at the beginning of December 2007.
