Maintaining close contact with raw-materials suppliers at a technical level allows us to define the demands precisely and to rapidly incorporate any further developments into improved products.
RENOLIT AG considers it hugely important to ensure that the quality of raw materials remains high at all times. To achieve this, specifications and requirements for works test certificates exist with suppliers. In spite of this, each raw material which arrives at our factories is checked once more. In addition to the conformity check carried out in our laboratories, a key aspect which is examined is the cleanliness of each delivery. If particles of dirt or foreign particles are detected in a consignment, it is stopped immediately and a complaint is filed. Even the cleanliness of the trucks used to transport materials is checked. These measures help to ensure that the raw materials which are used in the production process are as flawless as possible, allowing them to be processed to produce high-quality films.
Raw materials are constantly being developed further and optimized, or the supply sources for raw materials change, which makes it necessary to monitor the market for raw materials continuously. RENOLIT AG is always interested in acquiring new or improved raw materials. They have to pass through a stringent test program of testing to ensure that changing the raw material or new supply sources will only result in improved film products. The analytical laboratory supports the daily production cycle. If there are any faults, a search is performed rapidly to determine the cause. For instance, any inclusions in films or film defects are examined in order to be able to find the source of the defect and rectify it. These experiences in film analysis also have a favorable impact on new developments and the continuing advancement of films. The analytical laboratory is also responsible for performing all other analyses which are necessary, in particular process water analysis and waste water analysis. |
