RENOLIT EXTRUSION develops and manufactures premium-quality flat films for the areas office, self-adhesive labels, inmould labels, protective films, expanded films, food packaging and medical packaging with emphasis on safety and reliability as the top priority.
We develop our products in close cooperation with our customers and tailor them to their specifications and requirements. For the manufacture of our genuine compounds, we use two pilot plant extrusion facilities and a twin-screw extruder, which allow to extrude expanded films and laminated films of up to five layers.
The autonomy from mass production facilities keeps the design phase for new products short and provides our customers with optimum flexibility because they can incorporate coiled film samples in their first test runs. Therefore, the transition of development concepts from pilot to production facilities can easily be implemented.
Furthermore, we test the latest basic materials both under lab conditions and on our pilot plant facilities. Our comprehensive basic material expertise is the guarantee for our customers that they will receive products with state-of-the-art properties.
Sophisticated analysis technology allows us to thoroughly examine the properties of the film. The broad spectrum of modern measuring methods covers the analysis of the mechanical and visual properties, infrared spectroscopy, thermal analyses and the non-destructive determination of the surfaces. |
