RENOLIT WRAP

Applications:
RENOLIT WRAP films are mainly used to wrap lighting battens, molding and mill work for ornamental facings in kitchens but also for all types of profiles and strips. A modified version was particularly designed to laminate drawer sides.

Properties:

To produce a folding frame, the pre-milled chip board profile is completely coated with RENOLIT WRAP, then milled in a V-shape and folded by 90 degrees at the milled grooves. The film functions as a film hinge during the folding process. To produce an interlocking frame, the frame sides are attached with wooden dowels and glued with adhesive.
RENOLIT WRAP profile-laminating films can easily be processed on all commonly used wrapping machines with commercially available adhesive bonding systems. They are resistant against moisture and can be cleaned with all commercially available cleaning agents. They feature excellent abrasion and impact resistance as well as water hold-out and are thus rugged for every day use.

Product variants:
RENOLIT WRAP films are specifically used to coat both miter-folded and interlocking drawer frames. RENOLIT WRAP films are designed to laminate milled MDF profiles for wall and ceiling fillets or cornices as well as aluminum profiles as fillets for floors.

Decor variants:
The films are offered in various uni-colors and different wood textures.

Dimensions:
The film thickness is 200 µ, the variants for drawer frames measure 160 µ for miter- folding frames and 150 µ for interlocking frames.
