The calendered, soft PVC films are manufactured mostly in white or transparent but are also available in various colors with high-gloss, matt, semi-gloss and semi-matt surface qualities. RENOLIT PRINT films are printed with traditional print methods (screen and offset print) and increasingly with modern digital print processes. |

The film thicknesses range between 70 and 200 µ. The film sheets are available up to widths of 2 meters. |

The product range: |
|
- Standard films
can be directly printed with conventional printing methods (sheet-fed or web printing). They can also serve as base materials to be coated with special print primers e.g. to manufacture films for ink jet printing with aqueous print colors. These films are manufactured both with monomeric and polymeric plasticizer systems.
- LSI digital print films (LSI = low solvent ink)
LSI digital print films are designed for printing applications with low-solvent print colors. The films enable quick print color drying and high-resolution prints.
- Digital print films
Digital print films can be printed with all modern digital print processes suitable for PVC films and also with ink jet printers using solvent-based print colors.
