Cova SR's comprehensive range of flexible PVCs are ideal for a variety of processes, including profile wrapping, v-grooving, and flat lamination. The performance of Cova SR has recently been significantly enhanced in 4 key areas.
 
PROCESSABILITY
  Manufacturing needs to be as efficient as possible in order to maximise profitability, therefore Cova SR has been imporved to process even better. Cova SR is compatible with a wide range of adhesive systems including high temperature PUR, and is able to withstand temperatures of up to 150°C
(302°F).

DESIGN CO-ORDINATION
  Cova SR is ideal for the manufacture of 5-piece cabinet doors and profiling of pelmets and cornices. Most woodgrain veneers have an equivalent in our Cova Press range of 3D membrane press veneers. This aloowsd the user the option to fully co-ordinate the laminated surfaces within a kitchen, bedroom or bathroom.

SCRATCH RESISTANCE
  Cova SR is protected by a scratch resistant lacqered surface to prevent damage during customer processing and in normal everyday use in a variety of applications. Cova SR printed woodgrain effects also benefit from an additional protective top layer. This robust surface finish requires no further surface protection either during manufacture or in situ.

STAIN RESISTANCE
  Cova SR is perfect for use within the kitchen environment, being resistant to staining from many everyday household substances.
